Healthcare payers
Provider contract amendments, redlined and proven.
A provider contract was amended, and both sides need to see — and be able to prove — exactly what changed. Redlineo produces the amendment redline and the fee-schedule delta, self-hosted, so no contract or member data ever leaves your infrastructure.
Same primitive, payer vocabulary
The analogous filing, and the analogous rate table.
The pattern behind this tool — a revised regulated document, plus required proof of what changed — is the substance of payer contracting. It is the same practice US insurance regulators built SERFF around, reconfigured for your conventions.
-
The analogous filing
Provider contract amendments
A revised agreement gets a tracked-changes redline the counterparty reviews with accept/reject — including the running headers and footers where contract and amendment identifiers live.
-
The analogous rate table
Fee / reimbursement schedules
Fee schedules in spreadsheets compare as a paged Word redline or a colored Excel review copy — with the aggregate rate impact the first number a negotiator asks for, and row/column resynchronization so one changed rate is one changed cell.
Why self-hosted decides it here
Nothing leaves your infrastructure. Nothing is stored.
Provider contracts and reimbursement terms are among the most sensitive documents a payer holds. Redlineo is self-hosted and stateless: documents are processed in memory and temp files, deleted after the download, never stored and never sent to a third party. No cloud service, no Microsoft Office install. The Alfresco integration uses the reviewer's own session — no stored credentials.
- ✔Verified redlines. Accept-all reproduces the amended contract, reject-all restores the original — checked on every run.
- ✔A certificate on every output. SHA-256 fingerprints of the exact input files, recomputable by either party.
- ✔A report both sides can act on. Numbered changes, none truncated, each a click-to-jump link.
- ✔Metadata scrubbed. No leaked author names, editing time, or revision fingerprints.
Configured for your conventions
Your extraction rules, assertions and profiles.
The metadata extraction conventions, assertions and profiles are reconfigured per domain — they live in editable application.yaml, so adapting the tool to payer contracting is a configuration exercise, not a new product. A misconfigured rule fails at application startup, not mid-negotiation.
